The whole house is let as one – up to six guests, three bedrooms, three bathrooms. There is no per-person surcharge.

Alle Preise in Euro für das gesamte Haus (bis 6 Personen), zuzüglich einmaliger Endreinigung. Mindestaufenthalt 7 Nächte. Bei grösseren Gruppen können wir auch Häuser von Nachbarn dazu buchen. All prices in euros for the entire house (up to 6 people), plus a one-time final cleaning. Minimum stay 7 nights. For larger groups, we can also book neighboring houses.

Included

Bed linen and towels, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, use of the communal pool (15 June to 15 September with a lifeguard on duty), one parking space on the property, and full use of all terraces and the private garden.

Booking terms

Arrival and departure: normally Saturdays; outside high season by arrangement.
Minimum stay: 7 nights in high season, otherwise 4 nights.
Pets: welcome by arrangement.
Smoking: not permitted indoors, allowed on the terraces.

Registration requirement

Under Spanish law we are required to submit the details of every arriving guest to the national registration system, SES.HOSPEDAJES. We collect the necessary information once a booking is confirmed.
